Patch release that fixes an issue related to the Apply to document text and other smaller issues

Bugs addressed:

• Fixed Apply to document text

• Change the sync frequency to remote providers from 3 seconds to 60 seconds to avoid hitting the rate limit

• Fixed a bug that was introduced with i18n
