Job Description:
We at HYMA are looking for a talented and motivated Back End Developer to join our team. As a Back End Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining server-side logic, databases, and integrating front-end elements. You will work in a dynamic and innovative environment with a globally diverse team.
Responsibilities:
Backend Node.js development (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Maintain and implement automation scripts (sh, js, ts, py).
Maintain a customer-facing product and implement new features.
Maintain large-scale containerized application code.
Develop and maintain server-side applications.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security and data protection solutions.
Collaborate with other team members to define and develop new features.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with Node.js (and its toolchain) development.
2+ years of experience with cloud platforms.
2+ years of experience with containerized applications.
1+ year of experience with API management systems.
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
Significant knowledge of SQL database systems.
Working knowledge of ORM within a programming language.
Experience with large-scale distributed application design and implementation.
Familiarity with API management systems.
Familiarity with CloudFront object storage and distribution.
Familiarity with React platform implementations.
Advantage:
Working knowledge of Prisma ORM.
Additional scripting languages (sh, py, ...).
Nice to have:
Experience with Amazon/Google cloud infrastructures.
Familiarity with Kubernetes administration.
Familiarity with GitOps toolchain.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with FluxCD GitOps toolchain.
