Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain the open-source Tokens Studio Figma plugin using React and TypeScript.

• Engage with the open-source community: collaborate, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the development process.

• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code for an open-source audience.

• Conduct code reviews and actively participate in improving our open-source development practices.

• Implement and maintain end-to-end tests to ensure the highest quality standards for our open-source product.

• Continuously enhance the plugin’s performance, scalability, and maintainability, contributing to the open-source community.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.

• Experience in developing or contributing to open-source projects, especially Figma plugins, is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for an open-source audience.

• Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and high agency.

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a global, fully remote team.
